When transfer student Ougi Oshino (voice of Kaori Mizuhashi) arrives at Naoetsu Private High she immediately seeks out third year student Koyomi Araragi (Hiroshi Kamiya) in the hope that he can help solve the mystery behind a strange discovery she has made.
