Ben Miller stars as Professor Jasper Tempest in this British adaptation of the Belgian crime series. Criminologist lecturer Jasper Tempest is recruited by local DI Lisa Donckers (Emma Naomi) to assist with a crime committed on campus. However, despite Tempest’s undoubted genius his tendency to daydream and domineering mother (Frances de la Tour) mean his transition into the new role with the police is not without its problems.
