Paul Schrader writes and directs this American crime drama starring Willem Dafoe as John LeTour, who delivers drugs for up-market dealer Ann (Susan Sarandon). A former addict now in his 40s and suffering from insomnia, John begins to see the importance of changing his life and making a fresh start.
